Originaire du Tarn-et-Garonne, le trentenaire n'a plus été revu depuis le 12 juillet.

Matthieu Tuvignon, un Français de 32 ans, est porté disparu depuis douze jours dans la banlieue de San José, en Californie , où il vit depuis plusieurs années. Marié à une Américaine, il n'a pas été revu depuis le 12 juillet quand il a quitté son bureau pour une pause déjeuner. "Il n'a toujours pas été localisé", a déclaré le lieutenant Matt Hogan de la police de Santa Clara.

Domicilié dans cette banlieue de San José, à une soixantaine de kilomètres au sud de San Francisco, il travaille non loin de là, à Mountain View, dans une entreprise privée de gestion de carrières, selon la police et son profil LinkedIn .

Téléphone portable localisé

Un dernier message anodin vantant la politique d'Obama a été envoyé le 11 juillet depuis ses comptes Twitter et Google +.

Il a fait un achat insignifiant aux alentours de 13 heures locales (22 heures en France) le 12 juillet à l'angle de Stevens Creek Blvd et Winchester Blvd le 12 juillet, selon l'avis posté par la police de Santa Clara .

Son téléphone portable a été localisé mais son passeport n'a pas été retrouvé. Mesurant 1,85 mètre et pesant 88 kilos, il pourrait être en possession d'une arme à feu, un Glock 9mm.
