L'ancien patron du géant pétrolier français Elf, Loik Le Floch-Prigent, a été inculpé de complicité d'escroquerie par un juge au Togo, a annoncé son avocat mardi. "Loik Le Floch-Prigent a été inculpé hier", a déclaré Me Rustico Lawson-Bankou, précisant que le motif était la complicité d'escroquerie.
