Le prix Nobel de Médecine 2013 a été décerné lundi aux Américains James E. Rothman et Randy W. Schekman ainsi qu'à l'Allemand Thomas C. Südhof, a annoncé le jury. Le trio a été récompensé pour ses découvertes sur le système de transport à l'intérieur de la cellule, pour que "les molécules soient transportées à la bonne place dans la cellule au bon moment", selon le comité Nobel.
